Kittens, kittens! Who's got the kittens? PCS that's who!! The shelter currently has many kittens of various ages, genders, colors and hair coats. Some are ready to go now, others are still in Foster Care. All kittens are spayed or neutered, tested, vaccinated and dewormed before placement.
