Computer for Website Hosting!
PCS needs a new server for their website! We are looking for any windows XP capable machine to host our website.
Polyester Batting For Pet Comforters:
Preferred Batting is 48 in x 100 polyester batting in rolls available at JoAnne's Fabric for $8.99 per roll. Can also use full size polyester batting 81 x 91 inches. One package of batting produces 5 pet comforters hand-crafted and donated by Judy Ross. The comforters are used in the shelter and accompany each cat when it is adopted!

Science Diet Feline Light Maintenance food & Iams Dry Kitten food(all donations of other cat food will be used for the feral colonies under PCS care)

If you would like to volunteer your time, you can support the Purr-fect Cat Shelter as follows:
Cat Caregivers
Feeding & cleaning requires 3 volunteers for each shift (morning and evening). All weekend shifts have immediate needs and many weekday shifts need an additional person. If you are over 16, have medical insurance, can work one shift a week (or every other week) and make a minimum six-month commitment, please call the Message Center at 508-533-5855! Minors 16 - 18 years with transportation and parental permission are also accepted. Training is provided. PCS also regrets that minors under the age of 16, are not allowed in our shelter due to insurance regulations.
Foster Care
Temporary short term care for a cat in your home. Cage, training, all veterinary care, food and litter for the fostered cat will be provided. more information or download application
Message Center Volunteers
Answering the Message Center from home. Volunteers are scheduled for one week in an 8-9 week rotation schedule. Training will be provided.
PetWalk Staff
PCS PetWalk - A very festive event: a 3 mile walk on the Norfolk County Agricultural High School campus in Walpole with refreshments and entertainment. This is the shelter's major fundraiser. Help PCS raise money for the shelter and make new friends! There are so many ways you can help us plan and implement this event! See our PetWalk Wish List for more information.
