“Cleopatra”: Older Kitten, Domestic shorthair, Spayed female, Gray & white. “Cleopatra” was trapped as a stray and has been patiently waiting for her special person who will give her the time and attention it will take to develop a bond. Cleopatra is a beautifully marked gray and white cat with stunning gold eyes. She is a shy girl and isn’t fond of being held but will let the volunteers’ pet and groom her in the safety of her cuddle bed. You know you’ve won her over when she purrs with contentment and gently nudges your hand for more attention if you stop. When she’s out and about the room she enjoys interactive play with the laser and wand toys and loves to chase ping-pong balls and toy mice. She enjoys the company of other cats and is especially fond of her roommate “Ruckus”. Cleopatra is going to need an adult home and someone with patience and experience willing to give her the time and human connection she needs to adjust into a new home.
