How to Adopt

Thank you for your interest in adopting a feline companion from the Purr-fect Cat Shelter. The volunteers of PCS are very proud of our shelter and the exceptionally successful placement record we enjoy!

The adoption fee is $150 which covers a portion of the services that are provided for each animal.

Please complete the adoption form found here and :

Email to purrfectcatshelter@yahoo.com (pdf file type preferred) OR
Mail to P.O. Box 548, Medway, MA 02053.

An adoption counselor will contact you as soon as possible after receipt of the completed form to guide you through the adoption process. Please note, if you subscribe to telephone line blocking which prevents people from calling you without displaying their phone number you will not be able to receive a call from the PCS volunteer. If so, please leave an alternative means of contacting you such as an email address or work phone number, including the best time to reach you.

Prior to being placed by PCS, all Cats and Kittens are:

• Examined by a veterinarian
• Spayed or Neutered
• Tested for Feline Leukemia, FIV and Heartworm
• Dewormed
• Vaccinated for Feline Distemper and Rabies
• Microchipped
